- Coldrooms – These facilities are manufactured and designed to optimise internal temperatures and prevent spoilage. They are designed to maintain a constant temperature and engineered to hold consistently with minimum moisture build-up.
- Freezers – These units are designed to withstand the rigours of low-temperature environments. They can be designed to hold temperatures stable, down to as low as -40 degrees Celsius. Also, freezers can be designed with defrost cycles and door controls to ensure constant climate and minimum frost build-up.
